With daily highs consistently hitting over 100 degrees and no signs of this letting up for another month or two, cold drinks are a must. My son’s favorite drink right now – strawberry lemonade slushie. Bonus – its super easy to make. Just throw a few ice cubes, frozen strawberries (Trader Joe’s Organic Strawberries) and some lemonade into the Vitamix blender. Once blended, it gets poured into a mason jar topped with an EcoJarz lid – love these for preventing messes!
